By sending Pinstripe any information or material, you grant Pinstripe an unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute those materials or information, and you also agree that Pinstripe is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques that you send us for any purpose.

Compensation Claim Fees & Referrals

Pinstripe comply with the Solicitors Introduction and Referral Code 1990, as amended, and the Solicitors Publicity Code 2001 published by the Law Society and any solicitor to whom we may refer you is an independent professional from whom you will receive impartial and confidential advice. You are free to choose another solicitor.

There is no charge by Pinstripe to any person submitting a claim form or any other details to Pinstripe.

If anyone submitting details of their claim subsequently has their case accepted by the law firm to whom Pinstripe refer the case and that person chooses to instruct that firm then the firm will pay Pinstripe a fee. The fee ranges between £150 and £650. The firm can provide further information once the case is assessed. The firm will not charge or recover the fee from the claimant.

Privacy Policy
